Meditative Hiking in autumn

Nature plays a very important role in bringing body, mind and soul into harmony. Experience how you can come to peace through meditation while walking, step by step, with all your senses, and thus appreciating the moment and yourself.
We walk from the car park on the rue du barrage in Baschleiden to the Tempelskamp and back, using breathing and mindfulness exercises to find our way back to nature and ourselves.
