Nature plays a very important role in bringing body, mind and soul into harmony. Experience how you can come to peace through meditation while walking, step by step, with all your senses, and thus appreciating the moment and yourself.

We walk and find nature and ourselves through conscious breathing and mindfulness exercises from classical Hatha Yoga.
