Have you always wanted to know how flour is made?
Then visit the farm with us and learn about the path from wheat in the field to baking bread. You will be involved in processing the grains into flour yourself.
Afterwards we will make bread in the traditional way, which we will bake together and taste afterwards. Other experiences around the theme of the farm and taste are waiting for you. Age: 6-12 years
The activity is organised by the educational farm Um Knapphaff in collaboration with the Ecole du Goût of the three nature parks.
