As part of the celebrations of the municipality of Esch-sur-Sûre “Esch23” and the “Luxembourg Museum Days”, the Nature Park Öewersauer organises a day trip on the theme of legends.

Registration at the Öewersauer Nature Park by Sunday 30 March 2023.
Price: 30€ (children from 6 to 14 years: 15€).
Lunch: 3-course menu with vegetarian alternative.

Schedule:

9 am: meeting point in Esch-sur-Sûre, Place des Jardins.

From there, we will go by bus to the library in Eschdorf, where we will listen to a lecture on local and regional legends over a cup of coffee and breakfast pastries.

Afterwards we will drive to the Heiderscheidergrund, where Marianne, our guide, will be able to tell us numerous stories.

For lunch, the bus will take us to the Fuussekaul, where a delicious Luxembourgish menu awaits us.

The afternoon is dedicated to the weavers of Esch-Sauer. First we will be shown the village with its distinct history. Then the excursion will be rounded off with a special visit to the Cloth Factory Museum.

The tour ends at 6 pm.
